WM is seeking a Client Success Project Manager to oversee key customer accounts and ensure successful delivery of environmental and waste management services. In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact, lead implementation and service improvement projects, track performance metrics, and coordinate with operations, sales, and finance. You will analyze service data, resolve issues, and drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, sustainability outcomes, and operational efficiency while aligning with WM safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned WM clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver client-focused projects, including new service implementations and optimizations
- Monitor service performance, analyze operational and sustainability metrics, and prepare client reports and presentations
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and environmental outcomes for client programs
- Collaborate with operations, sales, billing, and compliance teams to resolve service issues and meet contract SLAs
- Facilitate regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and propose value-added solutions
- Manage project timelines, risks, and communication plans, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery
- Support RFP responses, renewals, and upsell opportunities through data insights and project results
