Plan Manager-Bundled Pooled

Job Overview

The candidate will provide Sponsor and Advisor service support for Corporate Bundled plans via a team shared mailbox and inbound toll free line. The individual will serve as a single point of contact and provide immediate resolution to customer inquiries through interaction with internal business partners.

• Provide sponsor and advisor service support for Corporate Bundled plans.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Resolve inquiries promptly by collaborating with internal business partners.
• Build rapport and develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively.

• 3–5 years of equivalent experience in Defined Contribution administration or related work.
• Customer service experience or skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; quick learner of proprietary systems.
• Knowledge of Omni record‑keeping systems preferred.
• Understanding of contribution and/or distribution processing desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Annual base salary range: $50,600 – $84,340 USD. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on role performance.
