Job Duties:
- Coordinating construction projects with a focus on HVAC/Plumbing mechanical systems.
- Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
- Building coordination and prefab documents.
Qualifications:
- Working or educational experience utilizing REVIT.
- 3+ years of BIM/CAD working experience in HVAC/Plumbing
- An understanding of Shop Drawings/Submittals.
- Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical blueprints.
- Self-motivated to work on your own and work well within a team.
- Aptitude for learning and desire to succeed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of organization and management skills.
