School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP | Windsor, Connecticut

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support to students in grades 3-8 within a K-12 public school setting located in Windsor, CT. This contracted position spans the current school year, beginning immediately and continuing through the end of the school year.

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students in grades 3-5 at JFK Elementary School and grades 6-8 at Sage Park Middle School.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to speech-language services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts.
• Maintain professional standards while working in-person during school hours.

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience providing speech and language services in school settings, preferably K-12.
• Strong understanding of educational-based speech-language services, with skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with children across the elementary and middle school grade levels.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
