First Church Early Learning Center, established in 1956, is a nonsectarian licensed facility caring for children ages three through six. Daily planning follows the Connecticut State Department of Education Preschool Assessment Framework, the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards, and NAEYC Early Childhood Program Standards.
The Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and is one of the original four centers accredited in Connecticut.
