Windsor Montessori School Montessori Teacher Assistant - Part time, Infant and Toddlers Classroom
The Town of Windsor is looking for a dynamic energetic Montessori Teacher Assistant to fill a part time position. The successful candidate will assist in the planning and implementation for a Primary Montessori Program for the infant and toddler classroom, guide childrens activities in a prepared Montessori environment, assist with supervising children, establish relationships with children and families based on dignity and respect, assist with housekeeping tasks and attend staff meetings and other recommended training.
Minimum Requirements- 12 credits in Early Childhood Education with 1 year experience; or Associates degree in education preferred
- Must have good knowledge of principles and practices of early childhood education and development
- Successful completion of the Town of Windsors pre employment background and drug screen includes testing for marijuana
- Rate of Pay 17 hourly
- Schedule up to 29 hours per week
- Mon thru Fri 1200 pm to 545 pm
