Title: SR. Production Engineer
Location:

Salary: $ 74,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other science-based discipline (i.e. Materials, Chemistry, Physics) is required.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment preferable in gas turbine manufacturing.
- Direct experience in gas turbine component coating applications is preferred.
- Working knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Siemens NX.
- Robotic programming experience is preferred.
- Ability to access, read, and follow PLC logic and perform basic troubleshooting efforts is preferred.
- Lead effort to onboard new process equipment (main coating or plating equipment) plus equipment to support pre-coat preparation of hardware and materials as well as post-coat operations that support the applied coatings.
- Execute a plan to successfully achieve production readiness for all process equipment within the process cell.
- Contribute and lead efforts to design, manufacture, and implement process tooling, fixtures, and gauging required to support process cell.
- Support the training of all employees on the operation, maintenance, and control of the equipment.
- Support maintenance in the development and implementation of a robust preventative maintenance program for each piece of process equipment.
- Create process documentation including, but not limited to, equipment operation instructions, product work instructions, training programs, calibration instructions, process specification, and quality data records.
