Senior Forensics Engineer

A multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Forensics Engineer for their growing office in Windsor! Responsibilities include conducting residential and commercial forensic investigations to analyze/determine structural damage for insurance companies, attorneys, private homeowners and property owners. The role involves investigating and assessing damage due to catastrophes, proving evaluations are correct by researching technical publications and literature, applying engineering principles and practices in accordance with codes and industry standards, providing clients with detailed forensic engineering reports outlining cause and origin of damage, managing multiple projects and meeting project deadlines, and providing clients and team with timelines and project updates.

Experience required includes a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or closely related discipline, 6+ years of experience in architectural or engineering, 1+ year of forensic engineering experience, E.I.T., and experience working with law firms and insurance companies. Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
