** Manufacturing Engineer / Sustaining Engineer
** who enjoys hands-on problem solving, learning how products are built, and helping manufacturing processes run better every day.

** What You’ll Do - Manufacturing Engineer / Sustaining Engineer
*** Support engineering changes and product improvements across existing product lines.
* Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues in collaboration with engineering, operations, and service teams.
* Assist with quality, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to improve manufacturability, reliability, and efficiency.
* Participate in documentation, process updates, and standard work.
* Exposure to EHS initiatives is a plus and an opportunity to expand your skill set.## Qualifications
** What You Bring** - Manufacturing Engineer / Sustaining Engineer
* Working knowledge of 3D modeling (Solid Works strongly preferred).
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).
* ** 3–5 years
** of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Basic to intermediate understanding of product development, quality systems, and lean manufacturing concepts.
* Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Infor Syte Line is a plus, but not required).
* Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
* A collaborative mindset and a practical, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach.###
