We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Investment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will support Financial Advisors with client communications, portfolio administration and account management. Strong communication skills, accuracy and a proactive mindset are essential, as is a genuine interest in finance and client service.

• Assist non-deposit Investment broker in sales and service of alternative investment products and oversee a segment of clients.
• Assist with annuities, life insurance and mutual funds sales to clients, as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Accurate completion and processing of new account and servicing paperwork.
• Update client database and files.
• Communicate with clients and advisors in a professional manner and respond to their needs.
• Oversee a segment of clients requiring ongoing support, identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
• Complete reports, as needed.
• Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the department's sales and service function.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Process customer files, general correspondence, and other related transactions.
• Accurate processing of checks and securities.
• Facilitate reviews of current client accounts.

High School diploma, with some business-related college courses required. One to three years financial industry related experience and Series 6 and 63 (or higher) and State Life & Health Insurance licenses are required.
