Role Overview
Responsible for management and coordination of Enterprise FP&A functions, projects, and processes, including forecasting and analysis to support the company’s financial planning and decision making.
Responsibilities- Manages the development and distribution of rolling forecast and target‑setting timelines, materials, and communications.
- Creates presentation templates used during the rolling forecast, target setting, and other planning activities.
- Works with Business Unit finance teams to facilitate consistency in tables, illustrations, and metrics.
- Manages the creation of presentations for the Board and senior‑level leadership, determining the appropriate level of summarization.
- Collaborates with Business Unit leadership and strategy teams to compile competitive intelligence and best practices.
- Develops hypotheses and recommendations on how to achieve higher returns.
- Builds high‑level modeling and analysis to support enterprise‑level projections.
- Manages and coordinates the input and output of assumptions to ensure outcomes are consistent with corporate goals.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
Master’s degree or MBA preferred. - Minimum five years of forecasting and modeling experience with direct management experience.
- Prior experience managing budgets and forecasts.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau highly preferred.
- Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Annual base salary range: $100,070 – $157,470 USD, plus incentive opportunities based on performance.
