Job Overview

The candidate will provide Sponsor and Advisor service support for Corporate Bundled plans via team shared mailbox and inbound toll free line. The individual will serve as a single point of contact and provide immediate resolution to customer inquiries through interaction with internal business partners.

Work Arrangement

This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role
. Details of your in‑office schedule will be finalized with your manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Sponsor and Advisor service support for Corporate Bundled plans through shared mailbox and toll‑free line.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience in Defined Contribution administration or a similar field.
  • Experience or strong skills in customer service.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook; quick ability to learn proprietary Voya systems.
  • Knowledge of Omni record‑keeping systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of contribution and/or distribution processing is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Compensation

Base salary range: $50,600 – $84,340 USD
. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long‑term incentives) based on the role.
