Financial Professional

We are seeking a Financial Professional to join our team in Windsor, CT
! You will deliver personalized protection and investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on protection and investment strategies and other financial decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Prepare presentations that recommend various financial products
• Develop and maintain lasting professional relationships
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, financing, or other related fields is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to provide tailored financial solutions
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
