Technology Specialist

Oversees end‑to‑end delivery of technical solutions to end users, ensuring efficient, effective service aligned with business expectations. Acts as an escalation point and partners across enterprise teams.

• Understand business needs, objectives, and challenges to ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
• Drive innovation and develop sustainable solutions for complex vendor or system requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform day‑to‑day team operations, ensuring services adhere to SLAs and OLAs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Implement and maintain best practices, processes, and standards for service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Maintain team cohesiveness through collaboration, guidance, and support.

• 3‑5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support.
• Experience working in service delivery teams.
• Knowledge of industry‑standard service delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• B.S. or B.A. preferred but not required.
• Securities/Financial Services industry experience required.
• Broker‑dealer experience preferred; minimum 1 yr.
• FINRA licensure preferred.

Annual base salary range: $77,580 – $96,980 (USD). Additional incentive and long‑term incentive opportunities may apply.
