Position: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Complete Care is seeking a strong, experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 150-bed skilled nursing facility, Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North, located in Windsor, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and is passionate about quality care, team development, and census growth.

As the Administrator, you will oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong clinical and operational performance, and a positive culture for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of a 150-bed skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams
  • Drive census growth and support admissions and referral relationships
  • Partner with clinical leadership to maintain quality outcomes and survey readiness
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Foster a culture focused on resident-centered care and staff engagement
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Active Connecticut Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (Required)
  • Prior experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF/LTC)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage operations, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Admissions and census development experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-department healthcare setting
