Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient and designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You adapt to patient needs, enjoy varied work settings, collaborate with peers, and may refer patients for additional care. You teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or
  • Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
  • Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent.
  • Salary

    USD $43.50 - $50.00 per hour.
