Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)- OR
- Scrub/Circulate
for a 13-week travel assignment i n Windsor, VT .
Contract Details

  • Start Date: 9/28/2026
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Location: Windsor, VT
  • Hourly Pay: $ 31.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 1990.00
  • On Call Requirements:
    Weekday call is 2-3 days/week. Call back time is ONE HOUR

  • Traveler Policy:
    Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. Perm address must be included in traveler profile

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified  REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).


** Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer;
After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center's discretion Each call off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance


** Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed):

Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after

Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after

New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after

The Clinical Nurse is a key member of the surgical team who functions in a circulating and scrubbing capacity. Services lines we provide include:
General surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain and endoscopy procedures. Our nurses provide specialized care for all these services.

The Surgical Services department has 2 operating rooms and a procedure room. We provide mostly outpatient procedures with limited inpatient. We provide care to patients ages 16 and older.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
  • Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Administers various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including but not limited to: ADL retraining; therapeutic activities; therapeutic exercises; modalities; use of supportive and assistive devices; etc. Under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Assesses patient’s progress and communicates with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Reports effectiveness of treatment outcomes to supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Provides consultation and to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the cognitive and/or physical disorders.
