Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Windsor | Windsor, CT
$43–$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake s full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills while supporting meaningful progress and quality of life.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
  • Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as needed
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support continued improvement
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
  • Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
  • New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply
