Guest Service Assistant

We are now looking for a Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Windsor. You will be the primary contact for our guests, person who makes our guests feel welcome, take pride in your hotel and deliver great guest experience.

Holiday Inn Express Windsor has 58 contemporary bedrooms. As well as being ideally located for access to the M4 and M25 motorways and Windsor train station, lots of famous local attractions including Legoland, Thorpe park, Eton College, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, and of course Windsor Castle.

Catering for business and leisure markets, the Holiday Inn Express Windsor has onsite parking, and all our rates include Express Start Breakfast with selected hot items. We also offer a selection of great evening meals from something simple through to more traditional dishes.

• You will be in the heart of our hotel and get involved in everything from guest arrival and departure, serving at the bar, breakfast and dinner service
• You will be the person a guest turns to if they have any concerns or comments

• Juggling various tasks and turning your hand to many different things
• Being friendly, professional, confident in meeting and engaging with new people
• Having a passion for great customer service

• Ideally you will have worked in a hotel environment and be able to demonstrate initiative
• You will be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with
• You will be committed to working on a weekly rota basis, which includes working weekends
• We are looking for individuals who can really shine in a busy environment
• This role may be suitable for someone who is looking to move in to front office as a stepping stone
