Job Description

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team.

• Full Time
• Day shift – shift starts at 8 a.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Sundays Required
• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area (e.g., mall, restaurants)
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items left by guests and report them using the hotel’s lost and found procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Hotel experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to multi‑task
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, bend, push, and/or lift up to 25–35 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed guests’ expectations
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
