Reception Team Leader – Luxury Hotel
We are seeking an experienced Reception Team Leader to join the Front Office team at this busy and highly regarded hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong front office experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. As the most senior member of the Reception team, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front Office department, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay.
Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, the Reception Team Leader will lead by example, support the wider reception team, and help maintain the highest service standards across the hotel.
- Salary of £29,000
- 40-hour contract working 5 days out of 7

The PersonThe ideal Reception Team Leader will have the following:
- Previous experience working within a busy hotel reception environment
- Strong working knowledge of the Opera Property Management System
- Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring a reception or front office team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence making decisions and resolving guest issues independently
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
