Room Attendant

Overview

Room Attendant position at Waterford Hotel Group responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests, ensuring rooms are inviting, clean, and meet brand standards.

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Replace used towels and other bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap).
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash containers.
• Clean public areas, such as corridors.
• Report technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Update status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Return and restock cleaning supplies at shift end.

• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to follow instructions.
