Reporting To: Matthew Tate

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 / year

• Drive seamless employee transitions by overseeing end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experiences.
• Optimize HR system operations through ADP platform management to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations through regular monitoring and implementation.
• Update HR policies as needed to ensure ongoing legal compliance and organizational alignment.
• Prepare HR reports and support audits and analytics to enable data‑driven workforce decisions.
• Handle employee inquiries as the primary HR contact for all policy and benefits questions, ensuring clear and accurate responses.
• Process benefit enrollments and changes while effectively communicating updates to employees.
• Support performance management and employee relations programs to support workforce development.
• Partner with business units to develop and implement impactful employee engagement programs.
• Support M&A transitions by assisting with HR integration activities and workforce alignment.
• Support talent acquisition and payroll teams as needed.

• Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
• 3 years of work experience in HR required
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus
• Experince with Employee Relations, U.S. Employment Law Compliance, ADP HRIS or similar systems
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
