We are seeking a motivated Recruiter / College Sourcer to support a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, relationship‑building, and proactive sourcing of early‑career and skilled talent. You will play a key role in building strong pipelines through college outreach, community engagement, and targeted candidate sourcing.

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, and technical programs
• Conduct proactive outreach via Linked In, networking events, job fairs, and community partnerships
• Develop talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill technical roles
• Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records
• Support employer branding efforts through campus and community engagement

• 1–3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or in‑house)
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging candidates and school partners
• Experience with or interest in technical, manufacturing, or aerospace environments preferred
• College recruiting or early‑career talent sourcing experience strongly preferred
• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
