The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting Electro-Methods’ continued growth by delivering high-impact, hands‑on human resources support across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
This role is designed for a high‑growth aerospace manufacturing environment, requiring strong operational HR capability, ADP Workforce Now expertise, and the ability to partner closely with production leaders to support workforce expansion, onboarding, retention, and engagement.
The HR Generalist will serve as a front‑line HR business partner to the shop floor, ensuring alignment with Electro-Methods’ Cultural Cornerstones (Safety, Precision, Excellence, Collaboration).
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Ramp
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for direct and indirect roles.
- Partner with Operations to support rapid hiring targets and workforce ramp plans.
- Manage candidate pipelines, screening, and offer processes.
