NetSuite Analyst​/Developer

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Net Suite software development and report creation
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as:
• Net Suite Suite Script (ERP and Suite Commerce Advanced), Saved Searches, Workflows, Suite
  
  QL, NSAW (ADW and OAC), and API integrations
• SQL, Python, PHP, HTTP, cURL, C#/C, and CSS/Web Development (considered strong assets)
• Experience with complex Net Suite implementations and third-party system integrations; hands-on experience with Net Suite modules such as ERP, SCA, WMS, CPQ, NSAW, NSPB, NSAR, and various third-party solutions (e.g., Routing & Delivery, EDI)
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Understanding of project management principles with capabilities to manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven business analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose suitable technology solutions
• Work alongside business subject matter experts (SMEs) to perform process mapping and optimization
• Gather and document requirements from business SMEs
• Design, develop, and implement Net Suite reports (Saved Searches, Suite Analytics, and NSAW) that align with both business and technical needs
• Create and implement Net Suite and third-party solutions to meet business and technical specifications
• Develop the Net Suite Analytics Data Warehouse to ensure it meets both business and technical requirements
• Contribute to planning Net Suite architecture, focusing on integration, scalability, and performance aspects
• Collaborate with external partners effectively
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, regulations, and industry best practices
• Partner with project managers to establish project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Foster continuous improvement by exploring emerging technologies and suggesting enhancements
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across IT teams
