This is a 6–12-month contract to hire opening. Job Type: Contract. Expected hours: 40 per week. Benefits include 401(k) and health insurance.

Work Location:

Remote. Domain experience in Wealth Mgmt related Finance or Property & Casualty insurance is required! BIG 4 Consulting experience! 100% remote but must be currently residing in EST or CST time. This is not just a technical architect, they MUST HAVE extensive strategic enterprise level business and technical focused projects and a minimum of 10 years in that role!

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience in Top Down & Bottom Up Technical Business Architecture
• This is NOT a hands-on role like a solution architect, application architect, or data architect so please do not send candidates like that!!!!!!!!!
• Technically diverse background (Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data, Legacy Sunseting, Applications, cutting-edge technology stacks)
• Operational Model creation, execution, and road-mapping to LOBs for future business capabilities
• Wealth Mgmt related Finance or Property & Casualty insurance is required)
• Must be SME on Referencial Architecture/ Patterns/ Architectural Blue-print for ENTERPRISE LEVEL Strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on leading large-scale IT projects and initiatives.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience as an Enterprise Architect within the insurance sector or similar regulated industries is highly desirable.

  Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams in a complex organizational environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and architecture modeling tools and languages.
• Strategic Thinking:
  Ability to analyze industry trends, business opportunities, and articulate long-term visions and objectives.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff.
