Education Requirement:

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.

- Strong Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- PMP certification.
- Agile certification.
- Enterprise infrastructure project experience.
- IT governance and PMO experience.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across software development, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will oversee projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology projects through all phases of the SDLC.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Drive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage infrastructure-related projects including network upgrades, technology deployments, hardware implementations, and enterprise application rollouts.
- Support requirements gathering, testing, training, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and governance processes.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and executives.
