Teamcenter & PLM Specialist – Aerospace/MRO
Location:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist to support mission-critical aerospace programs. The role involves configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions within Aftermarket and MRO environments. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and digital technology teams to ensure efficient product data management, seamless lifecycle processes, and compliance with aerospace industry and defense security regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications.
- Support PLM-CAD-ERP integrations (preferably NX/SAP).
- Drive efficient Aftermarket and MRO workflows, including BOM management and supply chain processes.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within regulated aerospace/defense environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product lifecycle processes and improve digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in application rationalization and standardization efforts across business units.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM administration, configuration, and support.
- Strong expertise in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing PLM environments.
- Proficiency in PLM-CAD-ERP integration (NX/SAP preferred).
- Proven experience with Aftermarkets, MRO, and supply chain processes.
- Strong knowledge of BOM management, workflows, and data security.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Pelico (supply chain analytics).
- Experience with Solumina/iBaseT (MRO execution).
- Exposure to AI/ML in PLM workflows.
- Prior experience in Pratt & Whitney or Collins Aerospace environments.
- Understanding of Digital Twin and Industry 4.0 implementations.
- Teamcenter certifications (preferred).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
