  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable portfolio reporting and insights that enable informed decision‑making at the senior and executive leadership level.
  • Serve as a program or project manager for select high‑impact, complex, or cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery.
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and escalation support to project and program managers, helping resolve delivery challenges and remove cross‑team impediments.

    • Demonstrated experience leading PMO operations and driving portfolio execution excellence.
    • Strong understanding of portfolio governance, delivery frameworks, and operational execution best practices.
    • Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
    • Advanced project and program management expertise, with the ability to coach, mentor, and elevate delivery standards across teams.
    • Strong decision‑making, prioritization, and trade‑off management skills in complex, fast‑paced environments.
    • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
  • Preferred:
    • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
    • Experience advancing delivery maturity, operational rigor, or enterprise execution effectiveness.
