Colleague Health Manager

Colleague Health Manager Hartford Healthcare seeks a Colleague Health Manager to lead health, wellness, and occupational health programs for our clinical and non-clinical staff. In this role, you will oversee colleague health services including vaccinations, screenings, injury and exposure management, and return-to-work evaluations. You will develop policies that support regulatory compliance, promote safety, and enhance workforce well-being. Partnering with leadership and frontline teams, you’ll use data to improve programs, guide education initiatives, and cultivate a culture of compassion, resilience, and continuous improvement across our system.
