Capital Order-to-Revenue Manager
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Capital Order-to-Revenue Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end order-to-revenue process for capital equipment transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer experience.
- Develop, mentor, and support the team while managing workloads, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Vendors, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure transactional accuracy.
- Oversee procurement, invoicing, revenue-related activities, contract compliance, and financial controls.
- Serve as a functional SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supporting enhancements, testing, training, and adoption.
Qualifications for the Capital Order-to-Revenue Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of management experience within supply chain, order fulfillment, accounting operations, or a related business function.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including A/R, A/P, General Ledger, invoicing, purchasing, and ERP-driven workflows.
- Experience with ERP systems & Operations experience strongly preferred
