Interpret drawings and technical data to perform welding and repairs;
Prepare parts for welding by grinding, machining, and belt sanding; welds verified by X-ray with adjustments as needed;
Install fabricated details onto assemblies, inspect fit prior to welding, and perform necessary layout work;
Operate TIG, MIG, oxy-acetylene torch, and spot welder; maintain welding certifications and adjust equipment for quality welds;
Ensure compliance with IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements; maintain safety, housekeeping, and QMS documentation
