* A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented  
** Aerospace Masker
** to join its production team in South Windsor, CT. This is a great opportunity for candidates with aerospace or manufacturing experience who take pride in precision work and quality craftsmanship.

** Responsibilities*
* + Mask metallic and non-metallic parts using tapes, foils, plugs, screws, and other masking materials

+ Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to determine masking requirements

+ Handle customer parts and materials safely and accurately

+ Follow industry standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements

+ Manage workload efficiently to meet production deadlines

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

+ Support production operations as needed in a team-oriented environment

** Qualifications*
* + Previous masking experience in aerospace or manufacturing required

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints required

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision skills

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

+ Basic computer skills

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements

+ Flexibility to work overtime as needed

+ Supervisory experience is a plus

** Physical Requirements*
* + Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and crouching

+ Repetitive use of hands and wrists

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

** ITAR Requirement*
* This position is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or otherwise qualify as a U.S. Person.
