Performs A12 retort packing, A12 furnace load, spray coating application, abrasive blasting, monitor coating application and coating adherence per work instructions and customer specifications;
Performs assembly/disassembly, vibratory tumble, blending, peening, grit blast and masking/prep as required by work instructions and customer specifications;
Maintains plant safety rules and high quality standards in all work;
Performs routine preventive maintenance on machines and related labor tasks per production flow;
Prepares quality documents and confirms quality using inspection tools per product specifications, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
