Warehouse Scrubber Operator - 1st Shift

Position Overview

Scrubber Operators work as part of the C&S Sanitation team to preserve a clean and tidy environment throughout our facilities, supporting a prideful work environment and the delivery of high quality product to our customers.

• $20.00 per hour
• Tuesday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 500 North Street, Windsor Locks, CT

• Operate the Scrubber Machine to scrub the warehouse docks and aisles routinely and record progress daily in the log.
• Clean product spills and wet areas as directed by supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on the scrubber machine, including cleaning the reservoir and adding new solution.
• Function as a Porter when necessary.
• Scrub the repack room daily, moving repack machinery to scrub underneath when needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Continually standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting products weighing 1–60 lbs. or more.
• Lifting products from floor up to overhead.
• Working on multiple levels of varying height.
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools.
