Chromalloy is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations at our Windsor, CT site. You will manage daily production, coach a diverse team, and drive safety, quality, and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.
You will oversee scheduling, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring adherence to QCPs and company policies. Strong leadership and an A&P or Repairman credential are preferred.
