Your mission
Transform schematics into dependable electrical assemblies that withstand the demands of the flightline.
Assemble and wire electrical components, instruments, and units using screw drivers, pliers, soldering irons, splicing tools, crimpers, cutters, and more.
Read and translate assembly and sub-assembly drawings/sketches into clean, serviceable builds.
Operate and maintain shop equipment responsibly, protecting yourself and teammates.
Keep your station shipshape and record your work daily on manufacturing/production travelers.
Tackle additional tasks assigned by your immediate or higher supervisors.
What it takes
Experience assembling industrial electrical systems with the appropriate hand tools and wiring equipment.
Consistent output of high-quality work at expected production levels.
Comfort traversing uneven terrain and navigating restricted spaces.
Ability to climb ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs; able to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods; comfortable working in and around tight spaces.
How you work Confident reading drawings; accurate with measuring scales and tape.
1 year of experience preferred.
Thrives both independently and on a team.
Uses tablets and computers to access drawings and document work.
When you'll work1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pmor2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00pm–11:30pm (7% Shift Differential)
Education High school diploma or equivalent.
