Travel Permanent Nurse (RN) Med‑Surg/Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Windsor, VT.
- Start Date: 8/3/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Windsor, VT
- Hourly Pay: $31.00
- Non‑taxed Stipend: $1,246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $2,083.00
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
- On‑Call Requirements: TBD

- Charge Nurse / Assistant Ratio: 1 to 4/5
- Daily Patient Census: 22
This is a MED‑Surg position. Block scheduling will not be considered. Travelers must have their own vehicle, as the facility serves a small community with no public transportation.
Call is required for this assignment. Travelers who do not accept call requests will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a backup Charge Nurse as needed
- Coordinate total nursing care for patients
- Participate in patient and family teaching
- Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary staff and the patient team to maintain professional nursing practice standards
- Hourly pay plus non‑taxed stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
- Minimum 2 years recent Med‑Surg & Rehabilitation experience
- Charge RN experience required
- Previous travel experience (at least 3 months) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Vermont RN License or Compact; must be uploaded with profile
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications by the American Heart Association maintained throughout employment
- Strong communication, organization, professionalism, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Drug screen and background check required by facility
