Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation
- Med/Surg for a 13‑week travel assignment in Windsor, VT.
- Start Date: 8/3/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Windsor, VT
- Hourly Pay: $ 29.70
- Non‑taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2047.90
- Weekend Requirements:
Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed - On Call Requirements: TBD
- EMR:
Cerner - Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
- Average daily patient census: 22
- Traveler Policy:
Local Travelers – Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility – are not eligible for this need.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/ase obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer.
NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION! BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.
This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Rehab Med‑Surg (Rehabilitation Medical‑Surgical) combines medical‑surgical nursing with intensive rehabilitation, focusing on patients recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury to restore function and independence through therapies (physical, occupational, speech) and specialized medical/nursing care, often in an inpatient setting, aiming to improve quality of life by treating the whole person.
Key Responsibilities:
- May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients
- Participates in patient and family teaching
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non‑taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
- Must have 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
- May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
- MUST be willing to float to other units as needed (within scope of practice)
- CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
- Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required]
- BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing [Strongly Preferred]
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile
- Must have and maintain current Active American Heart Association ACLS
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
