• Traveler Policy:
  Local Travelers – those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
• Weekend Requirements:
  Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed.
• On Call Requirements: TBD.
• EMR:
  Cerner.
• Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5.
• Average daily patient census: 22.
• Call is required for this need.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle – a firm requirement.

• May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse.
• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible).

• Must have 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience.
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice.
• Must have Charge RN experience – not negotiable.
• Previous travel (at least 3 months) – required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN – preferred.
• Must have and maintain current Active American Heart Association ACLS.
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
