Complete Care at Kimberly Hall campus located at 1 Emerson Drive in Windsor, CT is looking to hire an RN Staff Development Coordinator to join our team.

• Leading orientation programs for newly hired clinical staff members.
• Planning and delivering recurring in-service training on clinical skills, safety, infection control, etc.
• Ensuring the facility maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conducting competency evaluations, performing floor observations, and mentoring staff to improve clinical performance.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of employee training, in-service attendance, and certifications.

• Previous long‑term care experience is desirable.
• Computer knowledge is preferred.
• Strong instructional and presentation abilities, excellent organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Must be a registered nurse with an active license in the state of Connecticut.
• Knowledge of elderly, ill, and/or disabled.
