Direct Care
We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long-term care.

- Treatments: perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
- Assessment & Monitoring: conduct health assessments, track changes and analyze data

- Collaboration:
strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers and others - Family & Resident
Education:
explain health status, changes and expectations for care - Documentation: keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress and interactions
- Team Oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork
- Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as an RN (Registered Nurse)
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation
- Professionally and clinically skilled with leadership qualities
