RN Registered Nurse Supervisor

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long‑term care.

• Full Time – Day Shift (Salaried)
• Full Time – 1 pm‑9 pm (Salaried)
• Part Time – 7 pm‑7 am
• Pay Negotiable

• Prior Long Term Care Experience (Required)

• Assist in implementing and revising care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy.
• Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.

• Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as a Registered Nurse.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation.
