Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation for a 13-week travel assignment i n Windsor, VT.
- Start Date: 8/31/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Windsor, VT
- Hourly Pay: $ 31.00
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2083.00
- Weekend Requirements:
Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed - On Call Requirements: TBD

Cerner - Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
- Average daily patient census: 22
- Traveler Policy:
Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.
** NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION!
This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Rehab Med-Surg (Rehabilitation Medical-Surgical) combines medical-surgical nursing with intensive rehabilitation, focusing on patients recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury to restore function and independence through therapies (physical, occupational, speech) and specialized medical/nursing care, often in an inpatient setting, aiming to improve quality of life by treating the whole person
Key Responsibilities:- May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients
- Participates in patient and family teaching
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
- Must have 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
- May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
- MUST be willing to float to other units as needed (within scope of practice)
- CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE is required
- Previous Travel (at least 3 months) is required
- BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred
- Must have and maintain current active American Heart Association ACLS
- Must have New Hampshire RN license or Compact
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability
