Here's how you'll make an impact:- Providing exceptional nursing care to patients, guided by individualized, physician-approved care plans.
- Utilizing our cutting-edge clinical point-of-care system for real-time, remote access to vital patient information.

- A current and active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing.
- A valid driver's license in good standing and your own reliable transportation.
- A foundation of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
. - Ideally, 3 years of home health care nursing experience
. - Strong experience in medical-surgical and acute care settings preferred.
- A solid understanding of current nursing and medical practices and procedures.
