• Providing exceptional nursing care to patients, guided by individualized, physician-approved care plans.

• A current and active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing.
• A valid driver's license in good standing and your own reliable transportation.
• A foundation of 1 year of clinical nursing experience

• Ideally, 3 years of home health care nursing experience
  .
• Strong experience in medical-surgical and acute care settings preferred.
• A solid understanding of current nursing and medical practices and procedures.
