As a Wellness Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting our residents and care team while ensuring high-quality care is delivered every day.

• Supervise and support our care team while monitoring resident wellbeing in Assisted Living.

• Guide daily assignments, coach associates, and help resolve problems as they arise.

• Provide exceptional resident care in accordance with provider orders, nursing best practices, and company policies.

• Accurately administer prescribed medications and monitor changes in resident condition.

• Respond to changes in condition, medications, or special care needs.

• Provide first aid and other nursing support as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Active LPN license in good standing with the state licensing agency.

• CPR/AED certification.

• At least 1 year of LPN experience in a senior care setting.

• Positive criminal background screening.

• Commitment to a drug-free workplace.

• Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems is a plus..
