Valley View Animal Hospital offers comprehensive small animal medical services across a wide schedule, including Urgent Care available Monday through Saturday from 12 PM to 10 PM. You will utilize advanced testing and diagnostics to manage complex cases, supported by our experienced team. Our services include thorough wellness and preventive care, surgical procedures, and advanced care options.

Located in Windsor, CO, our hospital is situated within a vibrant and growing northern Colorado community. • Be the Director of First Impressions: You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health: You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
• The pay range for this position is $15-$18 per hour based on experience.
