Our client is seeking an experienced NDT Level II or Level III MPI Inspector to join their growing Quality team. This role is critical in ensuring aerospace components meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Our client is also willing to invest in the right candidate by providing training and development opportunities for advancement to Level III certification.

What You'll Do as an NDT Level II/III MPI Inspector:Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) of aerospace hardware in accordance with customer, industry, and company specifications.
Interpret and apply inspection procedures, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Document inspection results and prepare detailed inspection reports.
Identify, document, and report non-conforming material.
Participate in root cause and corrective action investigations.
Conduct process audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.
Follow all safety procedures, hazardous material handling requirements, and company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Required
Current or previous Level II MPI Certification with a minimum of 2 years of inspection experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math skills including decimals, fractions, and measurement interpretation.
Ability to pass vision requirements in accordance with NAS 410 standards.
US Person status (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder) due to government contract requirements.
Level III MPI Certification
FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) Level II or III certification
Aerospace manufacturing experience
Experience participating in corrective action and quality improvement initiatives
