Job SummaryWe’re looking for a QC Inspector to inspect aerospace components and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. This role performs dimensional and visual inspections, reviews technical documentation, and creates quality records that verify product conformity.

- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of aerospace components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, engine manuals, and technical documentation.
- Verify products meet engineering, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, verniers, gauges, and measuring tapes.
- Document inspection results and create quality records to verify product conformity.
- Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming products.
- Recommend process adjustments when quality issues are identified.
- Communicate inspection findings with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Perform product audits to verify manufacturing processes consistently produce conforming hardware.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.
- Dimensional and visual inspection experience on aviation, aerospace, airframe, powerplant, avionics, or related components is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engine manuals, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
